The 50-page guide describes a typical proteomics experiment and provides informationon tailoring the procedures for different applications. A methods section includes protocols and informationon how to optimize
methods depending on sample requirements. The manual also includes a bibliography, a troubleshooting guide and a listing of Bio-Rad products for
2-D electrophoresis.
