The Clarina II workstation from Evotec is now available with a second pulsed laser enabling cFLA and cTRA analysis at two wavelengths (470 nm and 635 nm). This enabling the simultaneous measurement of fluorescence lifetime for two different tracer molecules using cFLA, and high-accuracy lifetime-based FRET measurements.
