Gel documentation system

Syngene, a manufacturer of image analysis solutions, introduced its new InGenius gel documentation system, as well as a range of affordable image analysers, at Analytica 2004, Munich, Germany. With its high resolution camera, InGenius will benefit molecular biologists that want to accurately analyse close-banded gels. The camera is fully integrated into a universal darkroom and imaging software.

Furthermore, the company presented its ChemiGenius, high resolution, multi-functional image analyser and demonstrated its GeneFlash gel documentation system. Inside its own compact darkroom, the GeneFlash camera downloads images onto flash card technology and allow users to record images without a PC.
