Laboratory without Limits

Workplaces which are mobile and may be used for multiple tasks, and a laboratory system which dynamically grows with the challenges of the future: With the Waldner mc6 laboratory furniture system designed according to the modular principle individual arrangements and requirements for laboratory furniture can be fulfilled.
Waldner Laboreinrichtungen is part of the Waldner group of companies, which employs approximately 1000 people around the world. Since 50 years this south German corporation develops and produces laboratory furniture for all kinds of requirements.

A dynamic laboratory furniture system
It always has been an indispensable task for the company to look onto working processes in laboratories. Together with well-known experts the company traced problems and effects of the correlation of the environment of people, workplace and laboratory. As Waldner Laboreinrichtungen understands this, only the ones who see the laboratory as a whole and thus can draw it up as an intelligent and cooperative system may keep pace with the fast changes in science and research. The mc6 laboratory furniture system is the result of this investigation. It is based on the principle of a modular system. Depending on the situation and objectives it may either complete already existing furniture components or lead to a completely new layout solution. The strict adherence of a cleverly thought out dimensional grid for the basic components causes a maximum of designs in each functional area of the laboratory. No matter whether double workbenches, wall mounted workbenches, safety cabinets or fume cupboards, all mc6 laboratory components comply with the various international standards and are already designed in view of new standards such as e.g. the latest European Standard. Surely, the complete function of a laboratory essentially depends on an optimal combination between the laboratory furniture and the ventilation technology. The company carries out such a demanding room air control through a separate and room embracing airflow control system. Due to an independent and optimized planning and execution of the complete ventilation plant with regard to the requirements of energies this optimized complete concept without any external interfaces resulted from the sum of the various rooms.

Innovations
Every year Waldner Laboreinrichtungen invests a considerable amount of money in the development of new products and their launch. In Europe the products of this innovative corporation are protected by 17 patents and many of registered designs and registered utility models.
At the moment Waldner is also increasingly aiming at the international laboratory market. For the UK trend market for example a fume cupboard with lateral service installations is required. As not only Europe also Asia will follow this trend market Waldner designed an mc6 fume cupboard with steel frame. The new mc6 cantilever bench frame – the current worktop support in Great Britain – facilitates the really free standing double workbench and thus fulfils the requirement for a limitless utilization of the underbench space and an easy cleaning.

A competent partner
A consistent customer orientation has always been a corner-stone of the Waldner corporate philosophy. With entrepreneurial creativity and technological competence Waldner Laboreinrichtungen secured its position in the European market for laboratory furniture.
