Study on the price of orphan drugs.

The European Commission (EC) published in November 2004 a two part report on the study on the price of orphan drugs. It was initiated to take appropriate decisions orphan medicinal products are reviewed after 5 years, as laid down in Article 8 (2) of Regulation (EC) No 141/2000 EP.
